TESTED 2022

The Peugeot Export has been tested as part of ANCAP’s Commercial Van Safety Comparison which assesses the fitment and performance of the active (collision avoidance) safety systems fitted to commercial vans.

The Peugeot Expert, built from April 2022, includes some active collision avoidance safety features, though key updates like autonomous emergency braking (AEB) were only offered as standard to models built from August 2023. Variants equipped with AEB can detect and respond to cars and pedestrians, but lack the ability to detect and respond to cyclists.

The Peugeot Expert features lane departure warning (AUS vehicles only), speed assistance, blind spot monitor, and a seatbelt reminder. Performance-wise, the Expert achieved mixed results for its autonomous emergency braking systems, and its lane support system was rated as WEAK.
