The Renault Master has been tested as part of ANCAP’s Commercial Van Safety Comparison which assesses the fitment and performance of the active (collision avoidance) safety systems fitted to commercial vans.
Standard safety features include lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, and speed assistance. A driver seatbelt reminder is fitted, yet there is no seatbelt reminder for the passenger seating position.
The Renault Master received a BRONZE grading with a mix of MARGINAL and WEAK performance across areas assessed. The Master is not fitted with AEB car-to-pedestrian or AEB car-to-cyclist functionality. Lane keep assistance and a driver monitoring system are also not available.
